peanut butter fudge cookies
ok kids, here’s how you do it.
make the cookies on this website, then when they are out of the oven, mix equal parts honey and peanut butter (about 1/2 cup of each) and about 3 tbsp of cocoa powder. place it in the microwave and run for 1 minute. Depending on the thickness you may add more honey to adjust the viscosity after it’s come out of the microwave. now place this “fudge sauce” in a pastry bag and pipe it on to the top of the peanut butter cookie in a swirl. place the finished cookies in the fridge to set. eat. enjoy!
